Wild water Carping With Dylan Frances.

Dylan Frances, team member of SA Carping went out on a weekend session at a venue near Lesotho. On arrival he experienced a lot of rain and the river pushed new water into the dam, with this the water level rised and turned the colour of the water muddy.
